Question 1

How do I withdraw my earnings and how long does it take in Morocco?

Accepted Answer

Withdraw by bank transfer to your RIB (minimum 200 MAD) or via Cash Plus / Wafacash (minimum 1,000 MAD). Each request is reviewed by our team, sent via Remitly and processed within 72 business hours. Every withdrawal is checked by our team (identity, phone, payout details) before it is executed. Once processed, the time to receive funds depends on your bank or the Cash Plus / Wafacash network: no fixed delay is guaranteed.

Question 2

How do I top up my balance to fund a task?

Accepted Answer

By Visa / Mastercard via Viva (gateway fee: 3.5% + 2 MAD), by bank transfer, or at a Cash Plus / Wafacash agency using your payment reference (from 50 MAD). Moroccan CMI cards are coming soon. Transfer and Cash Plus / Wafacash deposits are credited once our team confirms them. For transfer or Cash Plus / Wafacash deposits, always include the exact reference so your payment can be matched to your account. A deposit receipt is then downloadable from your wallet.

Question 3

How do I post a task and what is the minimum budget?

Accepted Answer

No subscription is required and the minimum budget is 50 MAD. A 10% service fee is added on top of the reward at payment. Once published, your task is visible to the freelancers registered on tâches.ma, who can send you their proposals.

Question 4

What happens if the client doesn’t approve or reply after delivery?

Accepted Answer

72-Hour Rule: if the client neither approves nor requests a revision within 72h of delivery, the task is auto-accepted and your earnings are released. This rule protects freelancers against unresponsive clients: the task amount stays in Daman escrow during the review period.

Question 5

How do I verify my identity (CIN + selfie) and get the verified badge?

Accepted Answer

Upload a photo of your Moroccan National ID (CIN) and a selfie. Our team reviews your file. An approved KYC, together with a verified phone number, is required to withdraw earnings. It also displays the verified trust badge.

Question 6

What are the benefits of the tâches.ma Freelancer Pass?

Accepted Answer

Reduced commission on your earnings: 12% with the quarterly Pass and 10% with the annual Pass, instead of 15%. The Freelancer Pass is designed for active performers: on a 100 MAD reward, you receive 88 MAD with the quarterly Pass and 90 MAD with the annual Pass, versus 85 MAD without a Pass.

Question 7

How does the Urgent Boost help you find a freelancer faster?

Accepted Answer

Pins your task at the top of the feed for 24h and highlights it to freelancers as a priority. Ideal for tight business deadlines, rush graphics, emergency document drafting or urgent IT fixes.

Question 8

How does Daman escrow safeguard both client and freelancer funds?

Accepted Answer

Funds are held in escrow on the platform from the moment of ordering and are only released to the performer after client approval (or auto-acceptance 72h after delivery). Daman escrow reduces non-payment risk for performers and non-delivery risk for clients. It only covers payments made on tâches.ma.

Question 9

How do I open a dispute in case of disagreement over delivery?

Accepted Answer

Click "Open Dispute" in the task. Funds stay in escrow while our team reviews the evidence and makes a decision. Depending on the decision: full or partial refund to the client, payment to the performer, or a split based on verified progress. Refunds are credited to the client’s tâches.ma balance.

Question 10

How do I take and pass the mandatory freelancer qualification test?

Accepted Answer

Quick 5-question quiz covering marketplace rules and safety. Required passing score: 80% (4/5). This test filters out non-serious accounts and ensures clients collaborate with conscientious professionals.

Question 11

How do I win my 1st task quickly on tâches.ma?

Accepted Answer

Complete profile 100%, verify CIN, and write a concise, direct proposal. Your first 3 positive reviews are critical: overdeliver on quality and deadlines to start compounding work.

Question 12

Display glitch, page loading error or bug: how to fix quickly?

Accepted Answer

Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R) or test in incognito mode. Our engineering team ships fixes regularly. A precise report (screenshot, affected page, device) speeds up diagnosis.
